Each line in the tablature denotes certain notes. The first line denotes E in a high pitch, the second one is a B then a G, D, A and another E but on a low pitch. For example on the E note there is the number 3 and on the B note there is 2, it means that you are going to place your finger on the E note string on the third fret and you are going to place your other finger on the B note on the second fret and strum your guitar on those two strings.
